The bill on the digital economy was passed : again, the delay of the fundamental reform, or, what have we all been waiting for?

The federal law draft has been submitted to the State Duma of the Russian Federation, which creates a favorable ground for the regulation of all cryptocurrency relations. March 26 is the day when the foundation of the Russian digital economy is laid. The authors of the bill are the Chairman of the State Duma, Vyacheslav Volodin, and the Chairman of the Committee for State Construction and Legislation, Pavel Krasheninnikov.

The bill proposes to consolidate several key provisions that will allow you to manage modern crypto market, provide soft conditions for transactions and protect from the hidden threat both legal entities and simple peasant people. This country has long needed its defender, and this bill just has to become his Batman.

The main issues disclosed in it were:

1. Introduction of the term "digital law", which will hide "the collection of electronic data, extending to the objects of civil rights arising within the digital economy." That is, "digital law" covers a "token", which is intended to designate ciphers that give its holder special opportunities in the network, wealth and fame and poly internets in addition.

2. Another concept of "digital money". "Digital money" is her Majesty of the Cryptocurrency, as it is. At the same time, the document emphasizes that they are not yet a legal means of payment. Well, well, everything is still ahead, brothers, we harness our willpower and we await the State Duma to work out the objective conditions for using the crypto and give it a chance.

3. The bill is an upgrade form of transactions in digital form. Registration of transactions through the eyes of reformers will take place in ordinary writing, and acceptance through a simple click of a button. This lays the foundation for the conclusion of "smart contracts".

4. The last issue, which is designed to settle a new bill - the collection and processing of significant amounts of impersonal information, in simple terms - "big data". For this purpose, the Civil Code introduces the design of an agreement on the provision of services for the provision of information and expands the concept of a database - "a collection of data and information." Nevertheless, it is noted that according to the interests of the parties, the contract may provide for the obligation not to transfer information to third parties.
