According to Andriy Piva, CEO of N-iX and the head of the Supervisory Board of the Lviv IT cluster, the IT industry is growing in Ukraine by about 20% per year, some companies even faster. Moreover, we are talking not only about quantitative, but also about qualitative growth, as evidenced by a fresh rating. “The increase in Ukraine’s presence in the Global Outsourcing 100 list is also explained by the fact that more and more foreign IT companies open their centers here,” says Pivov.

"IT Ukraine" noted that a trend has been noted in the ranking since its inception (2006) - the influence of corporate social responsibility on the international image of the company is growing. This criterion first appeared in questionnaires in 2014 and was optional. But after two years, he became a full-fledged selection criterion.

Global Outsourcing 100 is an annual list of the world's best outsourcing service providers. The rating is compiled on the basis of applications received and evaluated by an independent panel of judges from the IAOP. The main criteria for getting into the rating are profitability, team growth, best projects, customer recommendations, level of corporate social responsibility and innovations in the scheme of delivery of services to the customer. In the final list there are 75 large players (Leader category, annual income from $ 50 million and a staff of 5,000 specialists) and 25 companies that are developing (Rising Star category, annual income of up to 50 million and a staff of 5,000 specialists).
