What You Need to Know About Your Nissan Key Fob
You've lost your Nissan keyfob or stopped working. Before you panic or contact the dealer, go back and check where you last had it.

Intelligent Key Fobs include an antenna that transmits signals to your vehicle every time you hit a button or walk towards it. Once the vehicle receives the signal it is activated to unlock and lock doors, kicking off the engine, and opening the trunk. To do this, simply remove the key hidden in the lock and access the battery compartment of your key fob. Take out the old battery, then place a brand new one in its place. Make sure the positive side of your new battery faces in the same direction as it did with the old one. Finally close the battery compartment and return the hidden key to its hidden location within the case.
Remote Start
Nissan remote start is a feature that allows drivers to heat up or cool their vehicle from outside of the vehicle, as long as they are within the operating range. The ignition of the car is activated by pressing an appropriate button on a key fob or smartphone application.
