The special model can be ordered as a regular Mulsanne, Mulsanne Speed or Mulsanne Long Wheelbase. It was inspired by a 1930 8 Litre Bentley owned by W.O. was using as his personal vehicle. The influence of this car can be observed in the cabin. For instance the Mulliner illuminated bar cabinet has the display of a piece of the 8 Litre crankshaft displayed inside.
W.O. is emblazoned in the shape of a B-shaped air vent on the chrome-colored application that runs across the back of the vehicle. 's signature, a front grille patterned following the 1930s-inspired Onyx color of the limited edition, and an optional chrome strip that runs along the lower spoilers left and right. The front grille also has distinctive design, with chrome-colored shells replacing the body-color mesh of Mulsanne. It also features the Flying B Logo.
The key box is decorated with Bentley wings and has an ebony lining. Key pouches on their own can be purchased to match or contrast the key box. The commemorative set also includes a custom 1:18 scale model of the 8 Litre and an air-borne 'B' paperweight and a printed brochure that features never-before-seen photos of the original 1930s 8 Litre.
