There are two types of ports.
1. Official Android port by Developers. They did not make android port. Probably because of how the game’s graphics work. The scenes and character models are rendered real time. This game doesnt have good graphics (actually graphics are pretty bad) but performs badly in evan a decent pc. I doubt they have enough time to optimize it for mobile. Finger cross.
2. By 3rd party Android porters. Well they mostly ports Ren’Py games because those are easy to port and well documented. It is infinitely harder to port Unity games because so many developers are using so many different methodology.

Get save from 0.29. Delete 0.29 version. extract and play 0.30 version. try the save files from 0.29 in 0.30. Saves from older version doesnt work all the time. no grantee.

You do not have to buy winrar though. It has an endless lifetime trial with all the premium features if you can tolerate the pop ups nagging you to buy it. 7zip should also work. Solid free alternative recommendation.
Like 3 (betas and final ongoing) last versions you uploaded have broken rar packs, i dunno what you’re doing wrong but i tried different links and all have the same broken rar file that says “file is damaged or unknown format” when you try to open it. Yet other rar’ed games from this website dont have such problem. I tried downloading the Twist from another website and apparently it also has the same damaged rar file. So you guys should fix it or at least make a torrent file with extracted files, cause now all the uploaders from different game websites just blindly sharing a broken rar file among each other.

It happens sometime because of Admin access problem of Winrar. That’s why we recommend 7Zip or daemon tool lite if you are having trouble with Winrar.
