The Best Twin Buggy

Designed to grow with your family this inline double features different seating options and can be used for twins or children of various age groups. The foam-filled rubber tires will don't flatten out and its soft suspension makes light work of kerbs.

It folds super-flat and meets airline gate-check weight requirements, making it easy to carry around. It also comes with a large storage basket under the seat, and a four-panel sun canopy.

Leclerc Influencer

The Leclerc influencer is an excellent choice for flyers. Its sleek design, auto-folding and cabin approved dimensions make it a great choice. Its folded (and unfolded) width is 47cm which is slightly more than the IATA standard of 45cm, but it still complies with the regulations of hand luggage for airlines and can be stored in the overhead lockers on flights (Subject to Airline Approval). It was easy to clean using just a wipe down, and there were many extras available like footmuffs, nappy and buggy organiser bags that strap onto handles and hoods that provide UV50and protection.

It's easy to maneuver up and down stairs, and it can fit into tight spaces like narrow streets, shops and Jane's terrace house. The bumper bar also functions as an handle. There's also a large brake that is flip-flop compatible and has a colour indicator. The basket is smaller than other models but it's big enough to hold an adequate-sized changing bag, and there are also additional traytrays for snacks, drinks and toys.

It's suitable for babies from birth and can be paired with a Leclerc Baby Carrycot or car seat with adaptors (sold separately). The clever backrest can be flattened to make it suitable for naps or long walks. The 5-point harness with magnets makes it easy to use. It's also extremely light, weighing just 6.6kg. A travel bag is also included.

Joie Evalite Duo

The British brand Joie is on a mission to "share the joy of new parents" by creating pushchairs which are "functional, stylish and innovative". The Evalite Duo, their latest twin buggy, is their latest product. It is designed to hold two children at once unlike the slightly heavier Aire Twin. It also offers stadium seating that lets both children experience the world at once.

The Evalite Duo weighs just under 10kg, making it one of the most lightweight strollers for kids available. It is suitable from birth and can be used with Joie car seats or carrycots (with the Instant Sure Lock attachment). It's easy to fold, lift, drive and ride. The frame's clever design expands to accommodate the second child seat.

Out 'n' about says the Evalite Duo's one-handed folding is an absolute highlight. They were impressed by the speed and ease with which the Evalite Duo comes together. However, they did notice that it's a bit more difficult to navigate bumps and rough terrain than some other models.

The front seat can't fully recline, so parents needed to use their own hands to lower it. This is something they'd like to avoid when traveling with children. However, they believe that the Evalite Duo is a great pushchair that could be perfect with a few adjustments. They are impressed by the compact size when folded.

iCandy Peach

iCandy Peach, a sophisticated tandem buggy, offers parents the choices they require. It is compatible with many car seats, and folds easily with a single click. It also comes with a variety of accessories that rival brands charge for separately like liners and rain covers.

iCandy's Peach pushchair is a sought-after choice for parents who want to be fashionable due to its stylish and contemporary premium jersey fabrics. This new 2022 Peach has been upgraded with a few minor tweaks to improve the performance and function without sacrificing style.

The inclusion of a ride-on board makes this the ideal option for twins. It's also smaller than the older Peach model, but it still provides all the space that your child could need.

This is a great double stroller If you are looking for something elegant and versatile. It can be used as a single pram right from birth, and then purchase an additional kit to transform it into a twin buggy. It comes with an enormous basket and five reclining positions to ensure the best comfort for your child. It also comes with an integrated carry strap and a one-handed folding mechanism. It can be a bit bulky to store, especially since it folds in two parts instead of just one.

iCandy Orange

This is among the most comfortable twin buggies on the market. The seats can be fitted with footmuffs and liners to keep your children warm during cold winter months. The carrycot can be inserted into the Orange chassis easily thanks to gate-opening side flaps and is comfortable and spacious. The seat and carrycot can be set up in various configurations, and the Orange chassis can accommodate an incredible 30 possible combinations.

The wheels are built to withstand rough terrain and pavements. It also comes with a large shopping basket that's ideal for supermarkets with large sizes. The pushchair is smooth to drive with a lightweight feel and the rounded pedal brake is easy to use (but not a flip-flop-friendly model). The latch that keeps it folded requires two hands to open. Once it's collapsed the front wheels slide under the basket, and the chassis is free to stand.

The Orange is a great choice for parents who are fashion-conscious and have a toddler or baby or both. They're looking for a stroller that will expand with their child. It's also a good option for parents expecting an additional child in the not-too-distant future who want a flexible double pushchair. The iCandy Orange is not cheap but it's flexible enough that it should last for several years and will have a high resale price as well. It can also take a buggy board, which will aid in reducing sibling fights over seats!

Mountain Buggy Duet

Founded by an Australian, Mountain Buggy (part of the Mokopuna group that also owns Phil and Teds and Baby Jogger) is the first brand of prams to concentrate on all-terrain dual pushchairs. The Duet twin stroller can be easily maneuvered through narrow aisles for shopping and through doorways. It is among the smallest, most feature-packed double buggies available and has won numerous awards including the 2014 Mother & Baby Twin Gold and 2015 Prima Baby Twin Silver.

The seats are narrow enough for children of different age groups to be able to sit comfortably and the seats are independently reclineable so kids can choose their preferred position. The large canopies feature solar visors that flip out and the storage basket is spacious with plenty of space. It works with most brands and comes with two infant car seat adapters when you purchase car seats.

The only issue is the weight. At 32.4 pounds, it is difficult to lift into and out of the trunk and might be difficult for Grandma to handle. It is also more expensive than other double buggies. It is built to last and has a lot of features for its price. It's a great option for urban parents who don't want to carry around a bulky stroller. And, the padded harnesses and 5-point buckle ensure safety for babies.

Bugaboo Donkey twin

The Bugaboo Donkey Twin has a stylish and practical design. It's a great product, but it's not without flaws.

For one, it offers very little in terms of additional conveniences for the parents and their children. The only thing offered by the small side bin is that it can only be used when one car seat is connected. There are no cup holders, parent tray or accessory pockets. This could be a problem on long journeys.

The seats don't lie even and the gap between the seats is large. Our 5-year-old was having trouble reclined comfortably. This is a shame since it's a top-of-the-line model.

On the positive side, it's a breeze to maneuver and the swivel wheel is great in climbing slopes and steps. It's also slim enough to fit through most doorways and folds down easily for stress-free storage and transport. Plus, it can be switched back to mono mode with just three clicks if ever need some more room or want to make a quick getaway. The comfortable wheeled board is able to accommodate the third child should it be needed. It is expensive though so when you're on a tight budget, there are other options available there. If you like the brand and are able to afford it, it's worth the cost.
