Organization/Job Background

BeMedia PLC would like hire a HR Generalist who will base at its headquarters on Bole Japan road, Sinan Commercial center.

Job Description/Deliverables

Responsibilities: - Assist with day to day operations of the Department. - Assis in the management of HR systems and workflow. - Properly manage staff benefits and compensation - Prepare different reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievance, and performance evaluation) and documentation of the same. - Ensure HR related company policies are observed.

Qualifications needed

- BA degree in Law, Management, Business Administration and related fields - 1 year experience in HR or administration related work. - Excellent organizational skill - Strong Problem Solving Skill. - Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and / or similar programs preferably HRIS - Must be able to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment. - Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent team player and also able to work independently.
