🤖The Student Services Office chatbot 🤖
Anastasiia🤝 The chatbot was created to quickly search for answers to questions together with the student’s team of developers from ITMO University.
The pros of the chatbot are:
🕛 Avaliable 24/7: you will have the opportunity to get information on holidays and weekends without distracting from your education.
⚡️ Instant response: you won't have to call or go somewhere else to find out more information.
The chatbot currently has two parts:
💬 Popular Issues, where you can find information about discounts, dormitory fees, scholarships, and repeat interim exams;
🤌 More Info, a section where you can ask a question yourself, for example, by writing, repeat interim exam. The bot will give the most relevant answer in its opinion.
💌 In case all attempts to search for an answer are in vain, the bot will suggest you what to do or where to go.
