This Sims 4 bulge slider comes in two versions. Version 1 adds the bulge exclusively for male Sims, while version 2 makes it available for both male and female Sims. To utilize the slider, simply zoom in on the Sims' lower body region. Expanding the package in one direction and downsizing it in the other will help meet your needs.

Setting the bulge slider may have a temporary visual effect, but it should stop if you exit/load or go to the World Map temporarily. Since the Bulge stat is restricted to Male sims, Teen through Adult, only those Sims should still have bulges when you get back - and only if they're wearing working clothing.

Cool. I do have to admit, I found the lack of male Sims' bulges in TS3 somewhat bothersome. Not that I particularly like looking at men's crotches. Still, for realism's sake.

also want to note that the preview doesnt show the bulge slider at the max, it goes bigger but sometimes bigger isnt better you can choose to download v1 (just male) or v2 (male & female)
I love sliders because you can make them as big or as subtle as you like. All the body sliders are tied to the belly section of the sim, and they are dependent on the angle you view your sims in CAS. The bulge and traps sliders are separated in case you have any other sliders that would conflict with them, and/or you do not want them.
