The Shoreditch Renters Network has, in its four years of operation, produced the specific outcomes that the column has been tracking: several successful Section 21 challenges supported with legal advice; a database of Shoreditch landlords whose properties have generated multiple complaints; and the specific community of tenants who know their rights and can access support that the network's presence provides.
