Megan Thee Stallion Confirms She's Joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe
At St. Mihailov Academy, strange things are happening. Not only did the dean disappear, leaving his daughter Tomo and adopted daughter Mafuyu alone, but girls in the nearby city are being killed by an unknown foe. However, the blades begin to fly when a Russian boy named Sasha arrives. He is a Qwaser, a person able to manipulate the elements after ingesting Soma, breast milk, and he’s not the only one. Soon Tomo and Mafuyu find themselves in the middle of a battle between two groups of Qwasers whose goal is to protect or steal the Theotokos of Tsarytsin. With more allies and enemies arriving, who will survive the assault?
I never would think there’s a manga that shows breastmilk is a way to 1up your superpowers until at this very moment. This was mentioned on Inside Japan Tours in order for yours truly to find out what’s the wackiest manga I could get a hold on. The story was crap like there’s rape undertones among each girl which leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. To think the author of Code Geass would try this type of story out was mind blowing. I still would consider Code Geass a great series anyway.
Overall this is a good idea but yeah it’s just one manga to read without deep thinking because it is pretty dumb tbh………

If you answer "Yes" to any of the following questions, please feel free to run away, perhaps screaming, from The Qwaser of Stigmata. 1) Are you below the reading age reccomended by the publisher (17)? 2) Are you offended by works getting all loosey-goosey with established religions? 3) Are you offended by breastfeeding? 4) Are you offended by ridiculous plot devices whose sole purpose is to end with a character exposing themselves to other characters? If you answered "No" to 1-3 and are looking at buying this manga, then this may be an entertaining trainwreck for you. If you answered "No" to 4, you are likely used to the ecchi genre of manga and how enthusiasticly you said it should dictate the speed of which you buy this title. For instance if you went "Oh HELLLLLLL NO!" then go ahead and click on that big yellow button to buy this, you are not likely to regret it. The Qwaser of Stigmata has gained quite the reputation for itself on the internet due to the animated series that has been made for it this past year. The uncensored version of the show borderlines on outright pornography with a heavy side of violence and anime tropes so naturally it is something celebrated on the seedier sides of fandom. The manga on the other hand is much tamer, a more enjoyable and less bumpy ride since it doesn't strive to constantly shock you as its animated counterpart does. However, it still can hold unpleasant surprises for folks who aren't desensitized to extreme anime nonsense, so tred with caution if you know yourself to be of the sensitive sort. Remember the mention of breastfeeding? The entire plot teeters on the concept as the author was inspired to write this after watching a woman breastfeed her child in public. Take that as you will, but at least the act is treated with a sort of holy reverence by the characters in the story, if not by the author and artist themselves. I can say, as someone who is used to how "wacky" anime and manga can get, I enjoy this series as a guilty pleasure. Perhaps I'm the broken sort, but I kick back and observe the character dynamics and relationships that blossom between the bloodshed and bossoms. It is like a hidden easter egg if you care to find it, and if you do, feel free to tell Tokyopop as such with your dollars. The company is not likely to release more volumes unless this book sells well.

So Qwaser of Stigmata is an interesting manga succeeds in having an addicting story with lovable and awesome characters. Without giving too much away about the story, there are a group of chemists who are called qwaser who are tasked with protecting or attaining the very first icon of Christ that is rumored to have the secrets of resurrection and all of alchemy. This icon has some ties to the school in which the main character is at as well as the other characters. Those who have understood Japanese and such should know some of the story as the anime has already aired over there and was simply awesome. The story revolves around unlocking the secret location of the icon and keeping it away from falling into the wrong hands, heretics. The manga excels at fulfilling all that it sets out to do, there are beautiful characters, high action, utterly intense, bloody fight scenes that are amazing to look at, and there is tons of apparent fanservice that never gets old and is pretty cheeky and humorous. The comedy made from the interacting of the main characters is to die for too, and I found favorites fast, like Teresa who is Sasha's Mario, Mafuyu and Tomo, and Ekaterina. I loved it and hope a volume 2 comes out. The only apparent flaw with this awesome manga is that they had to unfortunately censor which seems to have been words that I guess I never realized were censored. Its just one one or two of the pages and because of what is shown I do not think I picture could be allowed but it in no way affects the story as anyone can automatically figure out what it is talking about by looking at the panels. The story is innovative in that the power up is soma and those scenes never get old in the method in which the character gets them. This story is full of win, action, intensity, humor where appropriate, and fan service, and deserves to be read and bought. Volume 2 will be awesome.!

I bought a used copy and it was in flawless condition. The spine wasn't even creased, so goodness knows if it's even been read. I'm very satisfied with my purchased, and was greatly impressed with the speed of delivery.

it is a good book though it is sped up at a irregular pace but it is fine.

This Manga is very interesting and quite catchy! I love it very much and I appreciate the extra little things as well! I hope to buy from you again!

This manga was very creative and has a lot of suspense that made it a very intreresting read, I cand wait to get the next one!

There's just so much going on in this comic, and unfortunately it's too much. Would this be resolved and ironed out in subsequent volumes? I'm not sure, but I'm also not interested in reading further. Plot-wise, I'm not entirely sure what's going on. There's a strange combination of religion and science. Which in modern-day are two things at odds with each other. It's no wonder that they don't work in this comic either. From what I gather, there are a number of "Qwasers" who have the power to manipulate certain chemicals. Yoshino takes this idea and runs wild with it, adding in explanations based in chemistry to explain how the powers work, and why certain effects were reached. In a way, I appreciated this, but also... *snore*. The series sits on the foundation of western religious symbolism, reworked for Yoshino's purpose with a particular fascination with women's (or more particularly, Mary's) breasts. yeah. I'm often interested in the reworking of religious symbolism, but that particular fascination with Mary just goes a bit too far. He could have cut that bit out completely. There is a potential underlining story under all of this "stuff", but it is so weighted down by Yoshino's ideas, in an attempt at combining all of his ideas into one comic, that it is lost. The art is fair. I did like the character design of the blond-haired Russian, Sasha. The one bleeding eye was a clever reference of certain icons. But, overall, it wasn't impressive. If it wasn't obvious by now, you can be sure that I didn't like this comic, and I definitely won't recommend it to anyone, especially if you're offended by fan service or belong to certain religious groups. This will be nothing but offensive to you.

A fantasy Manga based on, of all odd pairings, chemistry and Orthodox Christianity. Interesting. Completely incomprehensible, but interesting. The riff on iconography is a bit forced, and the titillating (pun intended) approach to the cult of Mary is more than a bit exploitative. Bring your sense of humor, or just pass.

This one is definitely ecchi, just under the ‘this is hentai’ line by a nipple if you’ll excuse the pun. There is no doubt about it, it’s sexualized. Ignore the panty shots, they’re not that many and they pale in comparison to the rest. Mafuyu Oribe’s uncle has disappeared from St. Mihailov Academy, a private school that is entrusted with many Orthodox Christian icons, including a very powerful one of Madonna and Child called the Theotokos of Tsarytsyn. Mostly at the moment, Mafuyu is concerned
