Oefner used a balloon equipped with a camera that captured each of the individual images, which were later merged into the final image. The result is a photograph that is out of this world. It captures the beauty of Earth and the futuristic, hyperrealistic image of a car rising away from the Earth. The Space Keys are going to be auctioned off in the near future, but there's no precise date or location as of yet.
