The Opel Mokka-e is sold out

In addition to the Corsa-e, Opel has also been offering the compact crossover Mokka in an electric version for a few months. The people of Rüsselsheim were hoping for even greater success with the Mokka-e than with their small electric car. And in fact, the interest was so great that the model was initially sold out at the end of 2020. Now orders are apparently being cancelled.

The Mokka-e has been available for order since last September and delivery is scheduled to start in the first quarter of the new year. Despite high expectations of the model, Opel was surprised by the many orders for the model, reports the Handelsblatt. The demand for the Mocha-e was so great that the production capacities for the entire year 2021 have already been exhausted, according to corporate and dealer circles.
