First of all I love the first game it's my favorite game of all time I liked the characters the story even the soundtrack everything was great! But Part 2 left me with a Major disappointment, the graphics, gameplay, soundtrack, acting were great! But the story and the narrative was a complete mess and the characters are hard to understand some characters just do things that are not what there meant to do, as a last of us fan am deeply disappointed that the game has to be ruined because of shock value or undeveloped ideas! They tried to be dark and deep but it turned out to be cringy! I'm definitely not looking forward for a continuation to this mess! Overall I'll rate the game (4/10), the first Last of Us game is still going to remain as my favorite game of all time and am going to pretend that this mess never happened!

There is no upgrade path from the PS3 and PS4 versions of the game to the PS5 remake. The Last of Us Part I is a new game – a ground-up remake of the original The Last of Us, rebuilt on Naughty Dog’s updated PS5 engine and technology. This is not a remaster or port to PS5 of a previous version of The Last of Us.
Yes. All editions of The Last of Us Part I include Left Behind, remade from the ground up. Explore Ellie’s backstory and meet her best friend Riley in our acclaimed single chapter.
We recommend playing The Last of Us Part I single-player story first. Although Left Behind has prequel story moments, it contains spoilers of the main story.
If you pre-order the Standard or Digital Deluxe editions of The Last of Us Part I you’ll receive the following in-game items*:

PS4 Save Data and trophy transfer will not be supported.
No, this is a remake of the single player story from 2013’s The Last of Us. It does not feature the Factions multiplayer mode from the original The Last of Us. However, if you would like to play Factions, players can access it through The Last of Us on PS4 and The Last of Us: Remastered on PS4.
Independent of The Last of Us Part I, we are working on a standalone multiplayer experience in The Last of Us universe.
The Last of Us Part I is currently in development for future release on PC.
