Recently, Graziopoulos sold his interests in three New Orleans casino projects to a private investor. One of those sold properties is the former Balzac's location at the former Alba Park district site. The sale resulted in the purchase of the Balzac's property along with another nine properties for approximately $2 million. The nine properties total twenty-three acres of prime casino space. The remaining portion of the land is leased to Jokers Trading.
