The Heritage Program

A considered approach to digital provenance, stewardship, and rightful ownership.

Introduction

The Heritage Program is a community-led initiative designed to facilitate the onboarding of rightful IP owners to their respective @Name collectibles, currently preserved within The Chill Gallery. Developed in collaboration with Provenance Brokers, the program reflects Ownership Coin’s long-term commitment to authenticity, orderly transfer, and responsible digital asset stewardship.

Rather than operating as an outbound or cold-calling effort, The Heritage Program relies on informed community participation, structured documentation, and transparent processes to reconnect significant digital identifiers with their original IP holders

Program Details

At its core, The Heritage Program mobilizes selected members of the Ownership Coin community to act as brokers, assisting in outreach to original IP owners whose @Name collectibles are currently preserved within The Chill Gallery.

These brokers are tasked with communicating the availability and preservation status of each @Name collectible, presenting a clear and documented onboarding pathway for the rightful IP owner.

Onboarding is conducted through:

• A one-time $TON onboarding fee, calculated based on the original $TON value used by Ownership Coin to acquire the @Name collectible.
• A uniquely assigned marketapp.ws deal for each onboarding.
• Full process documentation via PandaDoc, managed by the assigned broker and acknowledged by the rightful IP owner.

This structure ensures consistency, auditability, and professionalism across all onboarding engagements.

Broker Enrollment & Eligibility

Community members interested in participating as brokers may apply through the following steps:

1. Join Provenance Broker’s Discord channel:

3. Complete a KYC process administered by Provenance Broker’s administrators
4. Await confirmation of successful enrollment
5. Receive Broker's official email and password

Only approved participants will be granted broker status, maintaining the program’s integrity and operational standards.

@Name Collectible Classifications

To support a structured onboarding progression, The Chill Gallery’s @Name collectibles are organized into two classifications:

Prime

Reserved for the most notable and culturally significant collectibles—the most recognizable and high-profile identifiers within the gallery.

Core

A carefully curated set of rare and meaningful collectibles that form the broader foundation of The Chill Gallery.

Brokers will begin by working with Core collectibles, advancing toward Prime collectibles as they successfully complete onboarding milestones. Collectibles will be assigned to the brokers at the program administrator's discreetion.

Broker Rewards & Remuneration

Brokers who successfully onboard @Name collectibles to their rightful IP owners are eligible for remuneration, calculated as a percentage of the $TON collected from completed onboarding deals.

Remuneration tiers are structured as follows:

Junior Core
• 10% of total $TON collected
• Advancement to Senior Core after 5 onboarded collectibles

Senior Core
• 12% of total $TON collected
• Advancement to Prime after 18 onboarded collectibles

Prime
• 15% of total $TON collected

This tiered system rewards consistency, experience, and long-term contribution to the program.

Broker Engagement Period

Upon successful verification and engagement with original IP Owner / IP Owner's verified representative, a case file will be assigned via PandaDoc to the broker.

In addition, an engagement fee of 700 $TON will be charged to the buyer (IP Owner) for an effective period of 30 days. In case if an extension of time is needed, an additional 250 $TON will be charged to further extend the deal's period for an additional 30 days.

Support Us NFT Vouchers

Community members may also support The Heritage Program through Support Us NFT Vouchers, designed to partially fund onboarding operations while aligning incentives across the ecosystem.

Key characteristics of the vouchers include:

• Available for sale via getgems.io
• Issued at varying price points
• Each voucher linked to a specific @Name collectible undergoing onboarding
• Redeemable for $OC tokens once the affiliated IP owner has been successfully onboarded
• Voucher $OC value set at 25% above the $OC price at time of minting
• Released on a limited-time basis, ending upon successful onboarding of the associated IP owner

$TON Allocation Framework

$TON collected through onboarding is distributed across the ecosystem to maintain balance, liquidity, and long-term stability:

• 10–15% (depending on collectible category) → Broker remuneration
• 20% → Ownership Coin team maintenance and operational costs
• 15% → Conversion into $OC tokens (50% injected into the liquidity pool / 50% used for direct $OC buybacks)
• 10% → Added to $OC liquidity pool to mitigate selling pressure from Support Us NFT Voucher redemptions
• Remaining 40–45% → Allocated to offset selling pressure from initial @Name collectible holders who were compensated in $OC tokens
