Lithium-ion technology is more powerful than lead acid or NiMH technology, and it holds a charge for considerably longer. Electric scooters are increasingly using these batteries, and as technology and production improve, so should the pricing.

Electric scooters are known to be safe for people of all ages. Electric scooter technology is cutting-edge and secure. When scooters are used by large groups of people and cars, as is now the situation in a number of major U.S. cities, the greatest safety problems arise.
