Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s newborn baby girl Lilibet has made her debut in the Duchess’ 40 th birthday video, Access Hollywood can confirm.
In a funny birthday video of Meghan having a conversation with Melissa McCarthy , there is a quick moment where the camera quickly pans to reveal a trio of framed photos on the desk of their Montecito, California, home.
While the photo appears blurry, the middle photo shows Harry cradling daughter Lili while leaning towards her face, a spokesperson for Archewell confirmed to Access Hollywood.
But those aren’t the only hidden things which appear in the light-hearted birthday video that Meghan and Harry’s nonprofit website, Archewell, shared.
Meghan’s laptop is propped up on a stack of large versions of her children’s book, “The Bench,” a quartz healing crystal can be seen on the desk alongside another stack of her book. Next to her laptop, she had a fancy tray of biscuits along with a matching teacup and saucer.
A Hermes throw blanket is draped over a chair and in the corner of the desk appeared a glass bottle. There were also a bouquet of white roses inside of a gold vase.
For her 40th birthday, Meghan made her first public appearance since giving birth to daughter Lilibet.
In a funny video with Melissa McCarthy , the two ladies joke about how Meghan will be celebrating her birthday. The “Thunder Force” star suggests things like, another photo shoot under a tree looking peaceful, tattoos of their faces, yacht party and a “Suits” reunion.
The Duchess of Sussex reveals that instead of Melissa’s plans, she’s starting a 40×40 initiative to call on her 40 friends to help women who are going back to the workforce after having lost their jobs due to the Covid-19 pandemic .
“In reflecting on my 40th birthday and the many things I am grateful for, I’m struck that TIME IS AMONG OUR GREATEST AND MOST ESSENTIAL GIFTS: Time with our loved ones, time doing the things we love, time spent learning, laughing, growing, and the sacred time we have on this earth,” Meghan wrote in a release posted on Archewell , the couple’s nonprofit foundation with husband Prince Harry .
“I believe mentorship is one way to help women regain confidence and rebuild their economic strength, and for my birthday, I have asked 40 friends, activists, athletes, artists, and world leaders to help kickoff a global effort by contributing 40 MINUTES OF MENTORSHIP to support women re-entering the workforce,” she wrote. “With this time, I hope they each help someone advance a professional life on her own terms, and, I hope that they inspire countless others to give 40 minutes of their time as well.”
Meghan asked others to pledge 40 minutes of service to others to contribute to a global wave of service to impact communities around the world.
Towards the end of the video, you get a glimpse of Prince Harry in the background juggling as Meghan and Melissa erupt into a fit of giggles.
The Royal Family sent their love to Meghan for her birthday. She received a slew of birthday tributes from her in-laws including Queen Elizabeth, Prince William and Kate Middleton, and Prince Charles and Camilla.
According to royal expert Katie Nicholl, the fact that Prince Harry left Balmoral early and alone after the Queen's death "speaks volumes" about the royal rift.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry shared the first photo of their daughter, Lilibet “Lili” Diana, as part of their 2021 Christmas card, released six months after the birth of their second child .
In the snapshot, Meghan, 39, is seen holding Lili up in the air while Harry, 36, sits next to them with the Sussexes’ firstborn child, 2-year-old son Archie Harrison, on his lap.
Harry, Meghan and Archie are all wearing jeans in the family portrait, which was taken over the summer by photographer Alexi Lubomirski, while Lili has on a white dress to match her redheaded big brother’s button-down shirt.
“This year, 2021, we welcomed our daughter, Lilibet, to the world,” the card is captioned. “Archie made us a ‘Mama’ and a ‘Papa,’ and Lili made us a family.”
The couple also announced that their Archewell Foundation will be making donations this holiday season to various organizations that “honor and protect families,” including Team Rubicon and Paid Leave for All .
Meghan and Harry welcomed their baby girl on June 4 at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital in California.
“She is more than we could have ever imagined, and we remain grateful for the love and prayers we’ve felt from across the globe,” the Sussexes said in a statement at the time.
Lili, who is eighth in line to the British throne, weighed 7 pounds, 11 ounces.
Meghan and Harry’s newest arrival is named in honor of the prince’s paternal grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, and his late mother, Princess Diana. Lilibet is the Queen’s family nickname.
Page Six previously reported that Harry had phoned the Queen for permission to name his daughter Lilibet ahead of the child’s birth.
Despite the tribute, one royal commentator called the choice of name “rude,” as it was a private nickname used by the Queen’s late husband, Prince Philip.
Meghan and Harry famously split from the royal family in early 2020. They currently reside in a $14 million mansion in Montecito, Calif.
The royals appeared to put rocky relations aside when they publicly congratulated Meghan and Harry on the birth of their daughter.
“The Queen, The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall, and The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have been informed and are delighted with the news of the birth of a daughter for The Duke and Duchess of Sussex,” a Buckingham Palace spokesperson said at the time.
Harry’s older brother, Prince William, and sister-in-law, Kate Middleton, also said they were “delighted by the happy news” of Lili’s arrival.
Meghan and Harry revealed in February that they were expecting their second child, months after the former “Suits” actress confirmed that she had suffered a devastating miscarriage in July 2020.
The Sussexes revealed a baby girl was on the way during their bombshell March interview with Oprah Winfrey that also took aim at the palace.
