In salvation, the cross is the God entering death to carry judgment and secure reconciliation; new birth is the Spirit's life-giving invasion that forms trust and initiates sanctification. In the same framework, prophetic speech is not only prediction, but Spirit-borne proclamation of God's covenantal intentions, demonstrating that history is teleological and moves toward the consummation of God's Kingdom.
