After seeing so many lower-quality adult games, where the primary goal is to show as much skin or as many h scenes as possible right from the beginning, without any good story or character development (and not even good or authentic renders!)! So, I've decided to develop my own ambitious, realistic, detail-oriented, quality-focused adult game, which has become like a little obsession to me - the current game (vers. 0.115) has already 8728 fully designed, very detailed and staged, ambitious renders! In other words: I’m trying to fuse art and eroticism, combined with a slowly developing story full of lust and passion, to create an aesthetic, realistic adult game.

This is my first game of hopefully many more.

My game is a choice-based visual novel, where you take on the role of Sophia Parker, a happily married middle-aged woman. Her husband just accepted a new job, so they have just moved from their sleepy, cold, small town to San Alejo, a hot megacity by the sea. And not only is the city bigger, but their new house and backyard as well.

Sophia is a teacher and former college lecturer. She comes from a wealthy academic family. In this new town she'll have to start a new job, meet many new people, and adjust to a new way of life. She'll gradually be confronted with many delicate situations full of temptations, accompanied by the mother of all questions: what’s really right and what’s really wrong? An odyssey of emotions.

And in the end she has to ask herself… how far can she go?

What makes my game special and what is my focus?

1.) Primarily my very ambitiously staged, realistic, high-quality 1080p images, in which I keep a very close eye on even the smallest detail, to make them look as realistic as possible (always trying to make them even better and improve myself! The game will also have high quality animations later on!!!). I even pay attention to the right sun position and light, according to the time of day and much more!

2.) Many different, fully designed and staged locations, and also many important and less important characters (and even background actors)!

3.) Strong focus on audio-visual presentation and big, full settings!

4.) And of course, the slowly developing story and gradual character development of the protagonist,  to create an arc of suspense (actually all characters have their own personality)! Showing too much skin right at the beginning ruins the suspense. In my game everything is adapted to the story! And there will still be a lot of sizzling scenes!

And all this is set in a big, realistic world, where the protagonist will eat, sleep, take showers, work etc., all accompanied by a realistic daily rhythm. Sophia's decisions will have an impact on the story and scenes later on!

The story is already planned out (and also already written!!!) for about 30 playable days and will have a few different endings. "Playable" means that sometimes the story will be continued a week later, for example, in order to make it more authentic. The storylines will take place at many different and varied places. Thereby I’m making the game as easy as possible by focusing on the story! In my opinion the best adult games are the easiest (playable) ones with good stories.

So, my overall goal is to create one of the most ambitious and highest quality adult games ever!!!

Female MCI know that some people have a bit of problem with that, but for no reason IMO! I've decided on a beautiful and hot female MC-MILF because there are just too many "male-MC games" at the moment! It's just become boring! And many hot events in the story are only playable as a (married) female MC! I was wavering between having the MC as a husband or wife. But in the end I've decided on the wife for the above reasons.

So, why shouldn't there be a problem with playing as a female MC?

Cause the story is told in a third person perspective with an omniscient narrator! You only make decisions for Sophia (and read her mind), but you watch the scene as an onlooker! So, either you can imagine as a man to be a woman who has contact with men, or you can just watch and enjoy the story as an (female or male) onlooker who can control Sophia's decisions! This is up to you! Playing as a MILF just brings an approach wind into the adult game world!
Furthermore I'm thinking about maybe switching the playable character to a male one a few time later on and letting him make decisions!

AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If this high goal is really achieved someday:
I cancel all my college courses and devote all my time to my passion of (adult) game development!
I'll give my hardware a massive "face-lift", primarily to render faster and switch from 720p to 1080p quality!

Good news! Both of the Asus 3090s are working well! I also don't hear much of a coil whine.
So, I can finally start to render the scenes!
After I communicated in different forums and followed every advice. Nothing helped! I even got two additional PCIe cable and put 3 into every GPU slot. This also didn't solve the problem. I'm also practically 100% sure that this is not a power supply issue! Because the issues are even there with only one GPU! So, my 1300W Seasonic has enough power for the two 3090s! I also made stress tests (3D Mark +  OCCT) and everything was fine!
So, considering that all of those who said that the RTX 3090 works fine had a weaker model version than mine, I can say to a 99% assurance that the "MSI RTX 3090 Gaming X Trio", as matters stand now, works extremely unstable with Daz Studio!!! It's probably just too powerful for it. And even putting the clock frequency distinctly lower in MSI Afterburner, doesn't help. So, the problem are not my cards but Daz Studio and Iray who still don't have the appropriate drivers for it!
49 of 50 renders start OK but after some time it looks suddenly like this: https://i.postimg.cc/j21SssDF/2.png
So, rendering is just impossible at the moment with these cards. The only thing I can do is keep creating the scenes because even though there is also a bug in the Iray preview, I found a way how to bypass it. First everything looks fine in the Iray preview. But after some seconds it looks suddenly like this: https://i.postimg.cc/Bbbv98nF/1.png But if I hide an object in the scene, it keeps on working normally again, with the only disadvantage that just 1 GPU is working.
I'm thinking about to purchase the 3090 Founders Edition somewhere, since this is the weakest version of the 3090s, and the version which most of the people are using who say it works fine with Daz Studio.
It's just a shame for the Daz Studio devs and Nvidia, who still weren't be able to fix their Iray programs to make it run properly also with the most powerful 3090s!

It's absolutely impossible to work with Daz Studio at the moment. Reinstalling windows didn't help anything. In the Iray preview, Iray either stops working or falls back to CPU after a couple of seconds. It's the same in DS 4.15 Beta and Pro version. I'd like to return to 4.14  but Daz Studio was so clever to remove that option in their Install manager. It's the same like removing the option of using multiple instances of their program. Why the hell they're making good things intentionally worse and worse, and bad things they keep bad, is a mystery!
Anyway, the error in the log file for the 460.XX drivers is: "CUDA error code: 702" and for the older ones it's "CUDA error code: 999" I couldn't find out how to fix it. There were recommendations to try out older drivers what I already did many times! But only the 460.XX drivers are supporting Nvlink bridges.
I currently got a Seasonic 1300W PSU and will get a 1500W one tomorrow. But it actually can't be a PSU problem because even with a single GPU it falls back to CPU with the error code: "CUDA device (GeForce RTX 3090)" ran out of memory and is temporarily unavailable for rendering". In a scene with only 1 character and no background. A joke of course.
So, my only explanation at the moment is that Daz Studio 4.15 and Iray are not compatible with RTX 3090 yet. Also not with the latest driver!
But maybe there's someone out there who had such error codes and found a solution.

So, after almost 3 annoying days of testing and fighting, I came to the conclusion that only the latest driver 461.09 in combination with Daz Studio 4.15 Beta is working partially OK with my RTX 3090s. With all the other versions and drivers, it jumps back to CPU during rendering with the log error info "device failed while rendering - GeForce RTX 3090 is no longer available for rendering". For the one and the other card. It also jumps back to CPU in Iray preview after some seconds. Or just freezes.
And even now with driver 461.09 and DS 4.15 you got the feeling that it jumps to CPU or freezes anytime Daz Studio feels like it. There's no logic behind it. In the Iray preview I got some strange bright flickering during camera movement. But it's better than when it crashes or falls back to CPU.
And here we also come to the people who were yelling how great 3090 were working with Daz Studio 4.14. I've seen their renders and it's just a character with a HDRI backgorund. Wow! First try to render smilar scenes like in my or other ambitious games and then tell me again how "great" 3090 is working with Daz Studio. Especially complex interior scenes! Here my anger is going 100% in direction Daz Studio and Iray, because the GPUs are simply beasts! The rendering speed in 4.14/4.15 is astonishing, in case it works occasionally! It seems that Daz Studio and Nvidia have tested the 3090 only with very small and easy scenes for Iray!
By the way, I heard that dforce and animations are also very buggy in Daz Studio 4.15! So, you can only hope that some of the next nvidia updates will finally fix these last issues! I mean after 4-5 months where the 3090s are already on the market, it's really about time, I'd say, dear Daz Studio and Nvidia team!
So, I'll keep on working on the update again, even if I'd need to adjust the scenes with CPU from time to time and maybe rerender sometimes if it crashes.
