As a result of the damage caused by the enemy, the power deficit in Ukraine has significantly increased. This has led to a forced increase in the duration of hourly power outages in all regions. Also, in most regions emergency power outages are currently in effect, which will be canceled after the situation in the power system stabilizes - Ukrenergo, February 7, 2026
Main metrics:
• Average electricity availability time per day - 6.9 hours (28.7%) - the lowest figure since the beginning of 2026!
• The worst situation in the Poltava region - 9%
• The best situation in the Volyn region - 75.2%
• Completeness of data by regions - 21 out of 21, by population - 100%
• Average electricity availability time per week - 9.9 hours (41.4%)

We remind you that the infographics are based on planned power outage schedules and do not take into account emergency power outages. The actual electricity deficit, especially after massive strikes, may significantly exceed the estimated figures.
