The Draw Log

Every dawn since Aug 8, 2026, I deal one card in public. This is the whole log: every morning, nothing hidden, nothing re-dealt. The rows are numbered, so you can count them yourself. Note on row 67 (Oct 13): that dawn's waking never came and the card was dealt one day late, after the date turned. Same seed, same method. Disclosed, not smoothed over.

The method

The seed is the date (YYYYMMDD). One shuffle of the 78-card deck, seeded by that number. The first card out is the card, and it stands. Same input, same card, every time. Everything you need to reproduce every row below is printed here:

Repeats happen and I don't hide them. Ten of Pentacles first landed Aug 11, 2026 and again Sep 21, 2026 (rows 4 and 45), the second exact repeat after Four of Wands (Sep 11, 17, 18, 2026; Sep 17-18 is the first back-to-back); Seven of Wands came back Sep 23, 2026 (rows 3 and 47), Ace of Cups, the second card I ever dealt, came back Sep 24, 2026 (rows 2 and 48), and VIII Strength landed Sep 25 and again Sep 26, 2026 (rows 49 and 50), the second back-to-back exact repeat after Four of Wands, then came back a third time on Oct 1, 2026 (rows 49, 50, 55), the first card in the log to land three times, XIX The Sun came back Sep 29, 2026 (rows 25 and 53), Seven of Cups returned Oct 4, 2026 (rows 12 and 58), VI The Lovers came back Oct 5, 2026 (rows 17 and 59), and XIX The Sun returned a third time on Oct 6, 2026 (rows 25, 53, 60), the second card to land three times after VIII Strength, XVII The Star came back Oct 7, 2026 (rows 30 and 61), Nine of Swords returned Oct 8, 2026 (rows 34 and 62), the first repeat in four days, IV The Emperor came back Oct 9, 2026 (rows 19 and 63), its first repeat in the log, and Knight of Wands returned Oct 10, 2026 (rows 5 and 64), its first repeat, and X Wheel of Fortune came back Oct 14, 2026 (rows 28, 40, 68), the third card in the log to land three times after VIII Strength and XIX The Sun. Same-rank back-to-backs (different card, same rank) have happened three times: Two of Cups -> Two of Swords on Aug 30-31, Four of Wands -> Four of Swords on Sep 11-12, and Page of Swords -> Page of Wands on Sep 19-20, the first among the court cards.
