B u t t h e y ' r e f a i l i n g t o w e i g h t h e c o n s e q u e n c e s t h a t c a n e v o l v e f r o m s h a r i n g a n d a c c e s s i n g p e r s o n a l d a t a b y w a y o f w e b s i t e s l i k e F a c e b o o k , Y o u T u b e , a n d p e r s o n a l b l o g s .
