What are semi permanent lashes?

Semi permanent lashes are a popular alternative for many, as they last longer than temporary lash extensions, but not quite as long as permanent lashes. Semi-permanent lashes are applied using a glue that contains latex which allows them to stick onto your natural lash for about four weeks. Once applied, you will be able to wash your face and go swimming without worrying about ruining your new look! The only time you will have to worry is when it is time for re-application of your semi-permanent lashes.

How do I get them applied?

If you haven’t had lash extensions before, don’t worry! Getting them applied is really quite simple. First, your eyelash technician will clean your lashes and remove any makeup that could get in their way. Next, they’ll measure and cut each lash accordingly, then place them individually with a lash gun. Finally, they’ll apply the special adhesive to your natural lashes and carefully lay down any extensions. Once everything is dry, you’re done! It takes about an hour per eye for The Lash Supply but it varies based on how many lashes you want applied.

What happens if I lose my extension glue?

It is possible to use different glue with Kiss Lash extensions but I don’t recommend it. If you were using a heavy lash glue, your extensions could fall out easily and if you were using light lash glue, they wouldn’t stay in place for long. There are a lot of different types of permanent glue so we need to get some details before I can give an opinion on whether or not it will work well with Kiss Lash Extensions. For example, how long has it been since you applied your extension? Were they glued on by a professional? Did you put anything on top of them? You don’t need to answer any of these questions in order for me to give you my advice but just know that these things can all make a difference!

Why aren't my extensions as dark as they should be?

Are you not happy with your permanent lashes? A common complaint we hear is that they’re not as dark as they should be. Your technician will have probably mentioned kiss lash glue, or that you can only use certain products in between your appointments. This is all well and good, but what does it actually mean and why should you care?
