Keyless Entry

This is done to protect against the copying of your keys by unauthorized copies to ensure that you only start your car.
These keys are more difficult to duplicate and are less likely to be stolen. They are also more expensive than flat metal keys, but if you've got an experienced locksmith who knows how to program them for your specific vehicle then they can save you cash in the long run.
While they provide an abundance of security but they are easily played with and can cause harm. They should not be kept around unless they are in a secure place where they can't be accessed by small hands. Tossing them into water can be hazardous. Mechanical Keys
