The 2025 Graduation Ceremony

The 2025 Graduation Ceremony will be held on July 12 at ITMO Family Day. 

There's not much time left until the long-awaited graduation. Explore the step-by-step instruction and get your diploma. 

1. Fill out your exit checklist via my.itmo.ru / Сервисы / Обходной лист or in the Actual tab on the my.itmo app.

2. Wait for an email asking you to verify your diploma.

3. Sign up for diploma verification via my.itmo.ru / Requests and queues / Queues.

4. Verify your diploma and diploma supplement and pick up your certificate(s) of previous education at the Student Services Office. Every student will be given a personal choice of dates they can sign up for diploma verification on within the period of June 23 - July 4. Bring with you passport and student ID.

5. Come to the 2025 Graduation Ceremony on July 12 and receive your diploma. Pre-registration is required.

Until June 25, you can apply to extend your expulsion from the university to August 31, 2025 via the my.itmo.ru website or via the my.itmo app in the E-Applications tab.
