First, you'll need to make the new keys. Before you start, be sure that the anti-theft system is disabled by placing blocks on your rear wheels and releasing the handbrake. Place the key in the ignition and turn the key to the "on" position. This will activate the accessories, but will not start the engine. Repeat this five times, and then leave the key in the "on" position.
The next step is to buy a new case for your old key fob. They can be found at a variety of auto parts stores and are generally inexpensive. Based on the model, you could even get them without any electronics.
To open the case, insert a flathead screwdriver in the slot located in the middle. Gently work it. The case should break easily, and once you do, you'll have access to the internal electronics. To get rid of the electronics, employ a small screwdriver and try to pry them out in a gentle manner.
