What does Fanzee do?
Fanzee is a fan engagement platform designed to help sports and entertainment organizations meaningfully connect with their fans through immersive gamification experiences. They use game mechanics: quizzes, mini-games, riddles, digital assets for sports fans. Sergei repeatedly mentions that the love and passion of the fans is the key to constant interest and involvement in the project. Fanzee are supporters of the hybrid B2B2C format, in other words, the interaction of the project, sports organizations and users to ensure maximum involvement.
What is the usability of the Fanzee token?
Just in time for the launch of the World Championship, new mechanics for using tokens will appear. Holders will be able to get an advantage in future contests, buy and unlock levels, discounts and access to content, and spend tokens to participate in voting. And we’ll go deeper!
What is the advantage of Fanzee over Chilliz?
Chilliz created a category of fan tokens, had agreements with top clubs, but the utility of the tokens was insufficient. In the long run, this proved to be a losing strategy. Fanzee does not consider itself a direct competitor to Chilliz, there are completely different approaches. Fanzee's approach is to be part of the fan ecosystem, to interact with fans, to respond to events in the world of sports. Each fan has the opportunity to be in the club of interest created by Fanzee, and therefore feel part of it. Fundamental differences in approaches make Fanzee not just another copy of Chilliz, but an original project.
Fanzee focuses on football and esports. What about music, movies, etc.? Partnering with basketball teams?
It would be interesting in the future, but for now the team wants to focus on what is already available. Expanding the market too abruptly would be risky. It is too early to talk about the time frame, but discussions on this topic are already underway.
Can a celebrity blogger, influencer or athlete personally become an official Fanzee partner?
Yes. We already practice cross-exchange with teams and sports federations. Everyone is interested in the exchange and growth of the audience. Influencer audiences and club audiences can and should be in synergy.
Are the founders and the Fanzee team sportsmen themselves? What motivated you to create such a project?
The founders and the team are closely connected with sports and immersed in the subject. Ajay, CEO, founded sports schools, promoted football in India, Chelsea fan. Nicholas, BizDev, is an athlete, former American football team captain, a leader in a sports tech company that digitizes sports data. Sergei himself is a fan of FIFA and Barcelona, Manchester, Milan. So the Fanzee team has a pro-football background.
Why building on TON?
The team dug deep, considered many options. ‘We have been looking at TON for a long time and honoring the talent of Durov - the best entrepreneur recognized all over the world. Everyone has the same plus or minus, but there is no such OTP as TON has. Fanzee is also interested in potential integrations with Telegram, this is a perfect connection with the broad masses’.
The realities of the crypto industry are currently unstable. What strategy is Fanzee following to hold on?
The market is experiencing a moment of turbulence, as many believe, even its initial stage. But Fanzee is an understandable product for a cool, large audience. This is not the first time they are in big business. Now is the best time for new projects - to build and prove that you are worthy, since you have grown in the new realities of the market. Fanzee had ideas for launching at CEX - but the collapse of FTX forced them to put it aside and watch. Now Fanzee is launching on a platform that is clear to them, which is as safe as possible for the community and creating interest. Neither investors nor the community will suffer. The TON will also benefit from setting a good precedent at the point of panic and negative in the crypto market – Fanzee can show that this is safe and mutually beneficial if done wisely on the DEX.
There is a layer of people who want to sell tokens at the first peak. What do you think about this?
Fanzee has market making partners, DWF. Together they will move the market in the right direction. The new tokens are not an opportunity to make easy money in the moment, but rather an investment in the long term. The ability to endure and sit out for six months or a year will bear fruit and provide an opportunity to earn. On IDO, in general, 1/20 holders made a profit. The availability of tokens on the market will be minimal, so it’s better to plan a long-term investment horizon.

Fanzee went to Brazil. And this is the country of the strongest football and eSports! Are you going to attract the top 10 Brazilian teams (both cyber and football) to Fanzee?
‘And not only there! Recently our guys were in Colombia. We plan to announce new contracts soon, including teams from the Premier League. But before the launch, a number of issues need to be resolved: determine the duration of the contract, agree with the right people, build interaction levels, think over content and strategy for fans in a way that is beneficial to the club. The token must work in synergy with the entire ecosystem. By the way, the volume of conversion of the club's fans into our users is relatively small: on average 6%, but in the case of clubs from the premier divisions, the percentage can be even less. We try to balance, anticipate and connect fans with their favorite clubs’.
