Testnet Guide — Parabola(Cronos)

Parabola is a stablecoin AMM on Cronos. They recently launched their testnet.

All users joining their testnet will be rewarded. Bug reports will also be rewarded. 1% of the PRB total supply has been allocated for airdrop.

Getting started:

If you don’t have Cronos Testnet added to your wallet, add it at https://chainlist.org/.

Get your testnet CRO from https://cronos.org/faucet.

(You may have to wait a long time for the testnet CRO. If you didn’t receive the tokens from the faucet, go to the Cronos Discord or the Parabola Telegram to ask for the testnet CRO.)

Step 1:

Head to https://parabola.fi/faucet and connect your wallet. Enter your address and get the testnet stablecoins.

Step 2:

Go to “Swap”. Choose your assets and amount. Confirm your swap.

Step 3:

Go to “Pool”. Deposit any stablecoin in the pool to receive the LP.

Step 4:

We try withdrawing part of our stablecoins from the LP tokens. Go to “Withdraw”. Input the amount to withdraw and confirm.

Step 5:

Go to “Farms” and deposit your LP. Input your amount and confirm.

We withdraw some of the deposited LP.

We will begin to earn $PRB from the farm. Let it accumulate for a while and then vest it.

Step 7:

Go to “Stake” and click on “Claim all with penalty”. We will receive 50% of our vesting tokens.

We then stake our $PRB.

Step 8:

We go back to “Farms” to vest some more $PRB.

At “Stake”, we “Claim all & lock” our $PRB.

Choose the locked days and confirm.
