We are looking for a Tester who uses AI to handle the tedious work, focusing instead on exploratory testing, edge cases, and building product expertise to pave the way toward a QA Specialist role.

🚀 Key goals and responsibilities:
* Pre-release & exploratory testing: Conduct structured test execution and regular, independent exploratory sessions on production.
* AI-assisted testing: Leverage Claude Code and AI tools to generate test scenarios, audit coverage, and draft documentation smarter and faster.
* Process & documentation improvement: Maintain accurate docs and proactively propose fixes for stale, manual, or repetitive processes.
* Domain ownership: Build deep business knowledge across pricing logic, booking flows, and customer journeys to guide technical health.
🎯 What will help you succeed?:
* Methodical testing mindset: Proven experience in manual and exploratory testing with a instinct for unearthing non-obvious edge cases.
* AI-native approach: Hands-on experience using AI (Claude Code, ChatGPT) for test-scenario generation, documentation, and coverage checks.
* Business & domain curiosity: A desire to understand end-to-end product logic (pricing, bookings, integrations) beyond basic surface UI.
* Communication skills: Communicative Polish (for domain depth) and English (for documentation and cross-team collaboration).

* Experience writing test strategies or edge-case lists that developers actively follow.
* Exposure to travel, hospitality, e-commerce, or fintech domains.
* Personal experience automating workflows, reports, or test data using AI tools.

* You see AI as a threat to your job rather than a tool that removes the boring parts
* You're looking for a test-automation / SDET role where writing automation code is the main skill — that's a different path here

* Domain & mindset interview (60 min): With the Team Leader and a Quality Assurance Specialist. Expect real business scenarios, edge-case thinking exercises, and questions about how you already use AI in your own testing workflow. We're not testing framework trivia.
* Practical case: A time-boxed exercise: given a short feature description, you produce a structured edge-case list and exploratory test plan. Reviewed together in a follow-up call — we care about your reasoning, not just the length of the list.
💵 Contract & Compensation: B2B cooperation with monthly compensation from 11 000 to 15 600 PLN net, depending on experience and scope.
