Territory Sales Manager-Orthopedic Trauma

Double Medical is looking for an experienced Territory Sales Manager to support our orthopedic trauma business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and expand the local orthopedic trauma market.
* Identify and develop new distributors and business opportunities.
* Promote orthopedic trauma products and drive sales growth.
* Build and maintain relationships with distributors, hospitals, surgeons, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
* Collect market intelligence and competitor information to support business strategy.
* Work closely with the international team to execute market development plans.
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in the medical device industry.
* Strong knowledge of orthopedic products, especially Trauma.
* Experience in sales, business development, or distributor management.
* Good understanding of the Kazakhstan orthopedic market.
* Fluent in English and Russian/Kazakh.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to travel.
