Terms of Use for Kopilich Bot

Welcome to Kopilich, your personal finance assistant bot on Telegram. By using this bot, you agree to the following terms:

1. Description of Service

Kopilich helps you track your personal expenses through a Telegram interface connected to your Google Sheets. You authorize access to your Google account to allow the bot to create and update spreadsheets on your behalf.

2. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content you provide to the bot.
• Do not use the bot for illegal or harmful activities.
• You agree not to abuse or attempt to disrupt the service.

3. Data Handling

• Kopilich does not store the content of your transactions on its own servers.
• The bot accesses your Google Sheets only with your permission and modifies only the sheets it created or you explicitly linked.
• The bot stores your Telegram ID and name in a private admin spreadsheet for technical and support purposes. You can request removal at any time by contacting the developer at @ikswonilami.

4. Termination

You may stop using the bot at any time. To fully revoke access, delete the linked spreadsheet and revoke access from your Google account settings.

5. Limitation of Liability

Kopilich is provided “as is.” The developer is not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of this bot, including data loss or financial damage.

6. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated. If significant changes are made, you will be notified via the bot or through an update on the policy page.
