Terms of Use for Code Helper
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Code Helper mobile application, website, software, APIs, tools, services, content, support channels, and related products collectively referred to as the “Service.”
The Service is operated by Code Helper, also the company name (“Code Helper,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

6. License You Grant to Code Helper
By submitting User Content, you grant Code Helper a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, analyze, modify, and use your User Content as necessary to:
- Provide the Service.
- Generate responses and outputs.
- Maintain and secure the Service.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and improve functionality.
- Enforce these Terms.
- Comply with law.
- Develop and improve the Service, where permitted by law and applicable settings.

8. Code, Security, and Development Risks
You acknowledge that software development involves risk.
Code Helper does not guarantee that any code or recommendation:
- Is correct.
- Is secure.
- Is free from vulnerabilities.
- Is suitable for production.
- Complies with your project requirements.
- Complies with third-party licenses.
- Avoids infringement.
- Works with your environment, dependencies, or infrastructure.
- Meets industry standards.
Before using any output, you should review it, test it, scan it for vulnerabilities, verify licenses, and ensure it meets your needs.
9. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Infringe copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, privacy rights, or other rights.
- Upload or distribute malware, spyware, ransomware, worms, viruses, or destructive code.
- Gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, data, networks, or devices.
- Conduct phishing, credential theft, fraud, spam, or social engineering.
- Generate or facilitate harmful, abusive, deceptive, or illegal content.
- Harass, threaten, defame, or harm others.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, disrupt, or attack the Service.

- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

- You are responsible for canceling before renewal.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Code Helper and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

- Lost revenue.
- Lost data.
- Business interruption.
- Loss of goodwill.
- Security breaches not caused by our willful misconduct.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Code Helper’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:
- The amount you paid to Code Helper for the Service in the three months before the claim arose; or
- USD $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.
25. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Code Helper and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, licensors, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from:
- Your use of the Service.
- Your User Content.
- Your outputs or use of outputs.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of law.
- Your violation of third-party rights.
- Your misuse of code, data, credentials, APIs, or third-party services.
26. Governing Law

If you are a consumer, you may have mandatory rights under the laws of your country that cannot be waived by these Terms.
27. Dispute Resolution
