Terms of Use — Partner Match
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile application Partner Match (“App”, “Service”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of the Service
Partner Match is an entertainment application that generates fictional romantic partner profiles and images based on user input. The generated content is:
- Artificially created
- Fictional
- For entertainment purposes only
- Not intended to represent real individuals
We do not provide dating, matchmaking, medical, legal, or psychological services. The App is not a substitute for professional advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
By using the App, you confirm that:
- You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Photos and Face-Related Processing (User Consent)
If you choose to upload/select a photo in the App, you expressly consent to its processing only for generating partner results (which may include AI-generated content).
Photos may be processed using OpenAI (for example, via the OpenAI API) strictly to create fictional partner descriptions and/or images when AI features are used.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- The App does not use facial recognition technology for identifying you or any person.
- The App does not perform identity verification or authentication using your face.
- The App does not collect, create, or store biometric identifiers (such as faceprints, face templates, or embeddings).
- Photos are processed solely to provide the Service and are not used for advertising, profiling, or sold to third parties.
Your responsibility: You confirm that you have the legal right to upload the photo and consent to its processing for these purposes, including having the necessary permissions from any person appearing in the photo.
4. Third-Party AI Processing and User Choice
When you use AI generation features, certain user-provided inputs (such as uploaded photos, text, and preferences) may be transmitted to third-party AI service providers (including OpenAI) to generate the requested output.
We request your permission before sending your data to OpenAI for AI generation. If you do not consent, we will not transmit your data to OpenAI, and you may continue using the App without AI-generated features (for example, by viewing non-AI sample results).
The App is designed to transmit only the data necessary to provide the AI feature. Details about what data is sent and how it is handled are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
All partner descriptions and images generated through AI features are created by artificial intelligence.
You understand and agree that:
- Results may vary and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or offensive.
- Outputs are fictional and should not be relied upon for real-life decisions.
- We are not responsible for your interpretation, actions, or decisions based on generated content.
6. User Content and License
“User Content” includes photos, text, and other materials you submit to the App.
You retain ownership of your User Content. However, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, transmit, and display your User Content only as necessary to operate the App and provide the Service (including generating results, troubleshooting, preventing abuse, and maintaining security).
This license ends when your User Content is deleted or no longer needed to provide the Service, subject to retention described in the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features may require payment.
Payments are processed through Apple’s App Store. Subscriptions:
- Automatically renew unless canceled
- Can be managed in your Apple ID settings
- Are subject to Apple’s billing policies
We do not store your payment card details.
8. Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple.
Refund requests must be submitted through Apple’s refund system. We do not directly issue refunds, but we may receive limited transaction status information for customer support and fraud prevention purposes.
9. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful purposes
- Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
- Upload content that violates another person’s rights (including privacy or intellectual property)
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass security, or interfere with the App
- Exploit, abuse, or misuse the AI system (including attempts to bypass safeguards)
- Use generated content for harassment, doxxing, defamation, or impersonation
Violation may result in suspension or termination of access.
10. Intellectual Property
The App, including its software, design, branding, and other content (excluding User Content), is owned by Partner Match or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our permission.
11. Copyright and Reporting Complaints
If you believe content in the App infringes your rights or is otherwise unlawful, contact us at:

12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Emotional distress
- Decisions made based on generated content
- Issues caused by third-party services (including Apple or AI providers), to the extent permitted by law
Your use of the App is at your own risk.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- You violate these Terms
- You misuse the Service
- Required by law or for security reasons
You may stop using the App at any time.
14. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, share, and retain information.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence, unless required otherwise by mandatory consumer protection laws.
