By downloading or utilizing this application, you automatically agree to abide by these terms. It is essential that you carefully read and understand them before using the app. You are prohibited from copying, altering, or modifying the app in any form, including its trademarks. Additionally, you must not attempt to extract the app’s source code, translate it into other languages, or create derivative versions. All aspects of the app, including trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property, remain the exclusive property of Jon Justin.
Jon Justin is dedicated to ensuring that the app remains as effective and user-friendly as possible. Consequently, we reserve the right to modify the app or introduce charges for its services at any time and for any reason. We will always clearly inform you of any costs associated with the app or its services before charging you.
PDF-Signature App collects and processes the personal information you provide to deliver our services. It is your responsibility to secure your device and access to the app. We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, as these actions remove software restrictions imposed by your device’s official operating system. Doing so can expose your phone to malware, viruses, and other malicious programs, compromise its security features, and may prevent the PDF-Signature App from functioning correctly or at all.
Please be aware that Ritter Achen cannot be held responsible for certain issues. Some app functionalities require an active internet connection, whether through Wi-Fi or your mobile network provider. If you lack access to Wi-Fi and have exhausted your data allowance, Ritter Achen cannot guarantee the app will operate with full functionality.
When using the app outside of a Wi-Fi zone, remember that your mobile network provider’s terms still apply. This means you might incur charges for data usage while accessing the app or other third-party fees. By using the app, you agree to bear any such costs, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside your home region or country without disabling data roaming. If you are not the account holder for the device on which you’re using the app, please ensure you have permission from the account holder to use the app.
Similarly, Ritter Achen cannot always be responsible for how you use the app. It is your duty to ensure your device remains charged. If your device runs out of battery and you are unable to use the service, Ritter Achen cannot be held liable.
Regarding Ritter Achen’s responsibility for your app usage, while we strive to keep the app updated and accurate, we depend on third parties to supply information for your use. Jon Justin is not liable for any direct or indirect losses you may incur from relying solely on the app’s functionality.
We may decide to update the app in the future. Currently available on iOS, system requirements (and any additional platforms we may support) might change, necessitating updates to continue using the app. Ritter Achen does not guarantee that the app will always be updated to remain compatible with your device’s iOS version. However, you agree to accept updates when they are offered. We may also choose to discontinue the app and terminate its use at any time without prior notice. Unless stated otherwise, upon termination: (a) your rights and licenses granted by these terms will cease; (b) you must discontinue using the app and delete it from your device if necessary.
