Terms of Use PDF Converter

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the PDF Converter mobile application (“App,” “we,” “us”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1) Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are under the age required to consent, you may use the App only with permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2) License and Ownership

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and applicable App Store rules.
All rights in and to the App (including software, UI, and branding) are owned by us or our licensors.

3) Your Files and Content

The App allows you to select files (e.g., documents, images) on your device to convert, merge, or compress.
You retain all rights to your files. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights/permissions to process such files and that your use complies with applicable laws (including intellectual-property and privacy laws).
The App is not a backup or archival service. Keep your own backups.

4) Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

violate laws, third-party rights, or these Terms;
process or distribute unlawful content (e.g., infringing, harmful, or abusive material);
attempt to access or interfere with non-public parts of the App or related services;
reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, except where permitted by law.

5) Third-Party Services & Links

The App may offer export/sharing to other apps or services you choose. Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of those services. We are not responsible for third-party services.

6) No Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that it will meet your requirements.

7) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOSS OF DATA; LOSS OF PROFITS; OR DEVICE/FILE DAMAGE ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the App in the 12 months before the claim.

8) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the App, your files/content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

9) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or laws. You may stop using the App at any time. Upon termination, the license granted to you ends immediately.

10) Changes to the App and Terms

We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; we will post the updated version with a new “Effective date.” Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of EU, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer in the EU/UK, you may benefit from mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.
