1. Definitions
All terms defined in the Privacy Policy are used here with the same meaning. Additionally:
• “Transaction” – any sticker purchase or sale operation.
• “NFT” – a digital token issued to a User for completing a sticker collection.

2. Access and Account
• Authorization via Telegram is mandatory.
• The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their own account credentials.

3. Age Restrictions
The service is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old. Use of the service by individuals under 18 years old is strictly prohibited.

4. Functionality and Transactions
• Sticker Purchases: Users may purchase stickers using Stars or TON. Each sticker is assigned a unique identifier.
• Exchange Rate (Stars → TON): The exchange rate is fixed at the time of the transaction.
• Sticker Sales:
• Sales are conducted exclusively in TON.
• Stickers purchased with Stars become available for sale only after a 21-calendar-day holding period (anti-fraud measure).
• Stickers purchased with TON may be sold immediately.
• NFTs: Issuance and trading conditions are governed by separate rules.
• Smart Contract: All transactions are executed directly through a smart contract; we do not store users’ private keys.

5. Limitation of Liability
The Application is provided “AS IS / AS AVAILABLE.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that the service will be error-free. We shall not be liable for:
1. Losses arising from technical failures or third-party attacks.
2. Fluctuations in Telegram Stars / TON exchange rates.
3. Any damages exceeding the amount of the last fee paid by the User.
4. Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
5. Nothing in these Terms shall deprive the User of rights granted under applicable consumer protection laws.
6. The maximum amount of compensation is limited to the amount of the last fee paid for the service.

6. Intellectual Property
• All rights to the interface, code, and content belong to the rights holder.
• The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Application through its interface.
• Copying, modifying, or distributing any portion of the Application without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Prohibited Actions
• Fraud, transaction manipulation, use of bots, scripts, or any automation tools not expressly authorized by us.
• Violation of third-party intellectual property rights.
• Reverse-engineering the Application.

8. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a User’s access without prior notice if these Terms or applicable laws are violated.

9. Changes to Terms
Users will be notified of any material changes to this Terms of Use via a pop-up within the Application that will include a mandatory “Accept” button. Continued use of the Application after the update indicates acceptance of the revised version.
