These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BLE Finder application (“App”, “Service”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading or using BLE Finder, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

BLE Finder is designed to help users scan, detect, and estimate the proximity of nearby Bluetooth-enabled devices.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not misuse the App, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access restricted areas of the system.

2. Bluetooth and Device Limitations

Bluetooth signal strength and distance estimates are inherently approximate and may be affected by environmental factors, device hardware, obstacles, and interference.

We do not guarantee:

• exact distance accuracy
• continuous device detection
• successful discovery of all nearby devices

The App is provided “as is” and results may vary.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

BLE Finder may offer paid subscriptions or in-app purchases to unlock premium features.

All purchases are processed and managed exclusively by Apple via the App Store.

We do not control billing, payment processing, renewals, or refunds. These are governed by Apple’s terms and policies.

4. Refunds and Purchase Usage Information

If a user requests a refund through Apple’s App Store, Apple may request supporting information to evaluate the refund eligibility.

In such cases, BLE Finder may share limited, anonymized, and non-personal usage data with Apple solely for this purpose. This information may include, for example:

• The time elapsed since the app was installed
• Overall duration of app usage
• An anonymous internal identifier
• Whether the purchased features were accessed or fully utilized
• Whether the purchase included a free trial period
• General purchase value indicators, such as total cost or refunded amount

This data is provided only to support Apple’s refund review process, does not identify the user, and is not used for any other purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, trademarks, and software associated with BLE Finder are the property of the app’s developer or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App without prior written permission.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if these Terms are violated or if required by law. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

BLE Finder is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• accuracy
• reliability
• fitness for a particular purpose
• uninterrupted availability

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BLE Finder and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to the use of the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
