CEM Software reserves the right to adjust its rates at any time and/or to provide special promotions. Refunds for services are not issued by CEM Software. Invoices are not sent to customers; instead, you can access your account balance information confidentially through the App Store. For any billing disputes, you must contact the App Store directly for resolution.
