Whisper mobile application (hereinafter referred to as "App") is a software product for Android and iOS-based devices
The usage of the App is governed by these Terms of Use.
By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
The App is not intended for use by persons under the age of 12.
We assume no liability or responsibility for the damage caused by using or misusing the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all representations and warranties relating to the App and its contents, including in relation to any inaccuracies or omissions in the App, warranties of merchantability, quality, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or availability.
All editorial content, information, photographs, illustrations, artwork and other graphic materials, and names, logos and trade marks on the App are protected by copyright laws and/or other laws and/or international treaties, and belong to us and/or our suppliers, as the case may be. These works, logos, graphics, sounds or images may not be copied, reproduced, retransmitted, distributed, disseminated, sold, published, broadcasted or circulated whether in whole or in part, unless expressly permitted by us and/or our suppliers, as the case may be.
The app may not be copied, modified, decompiled, transferred, exchanged or translated into other languages, unless expressly permitted by us. Any derived apps may not be developed.
The App is for your non-commercial, personal use only and must not be used for business purposes.
Certain features are only accessible to users who pay for a subscription plan. Available subscription and their activation methods are described in the Frequently Asked Questions document.
Data shall be collected and processed by the App according to the Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Use from time to time without notice. The revised Terms and Conditions of Use will be posted in the App and shall take effect from the date of such posting. You are advised to review these terms and conditions periodically as they are binding upon you.
