Terms of Use AI Stylist

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using AI Stylist (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Overview

AI Stylist provides AI-powered outfit styling and clothing visualization features.

Some features use third-party machine learning services provided by Uwear through their API (https://uwear.ai/api).

You understand that when using these features, certain images you select may be securely transmitted to Uwear’s servers for processing.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use AI Stylist only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

Upload or generate content that is offensive, illegal, or infringes upon others’ rights.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the App or its code.
Use the App to transmit malicious software or exploit security vulnerabilities.

The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

4. User Content and AI Processing

You retain ownership of any images or content you upload or capture within the App.

By submitting an image for AI processing, you grant AI Stylist and Uwear a limited, temporary, and revocable license to process that image solely for generating visual results (e.g., outfits or clothing renderings).

All uploaded images are processed via Uwear’s API and are not stored by AI Stylist.

We do not access, view, or reuse your images after generation is complete.

5. Subscription and Payments

AI Stylist may offer optional premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions.

Payment and refund processing are managed by Apple App Store under their respective terms and policies.

All prices are displayed in your local currency, and you will be notified of any recurring charges before confirming your purchase.

Refunds for purchases are handled directly by Apple via App Store support.

When a refund is requested, we may share limited, anonymized data with Apple to verify eligibility and usage, such as:

Installation date and time since install
Usage duration
Anonymous transaction or account identifiers
Consumption details of purchased content
Purchase amount

This information is used solely to verify refund requests and is not personally identifiable.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, app design, and interface elements within AI Stylist are owned by the app’s developers and protected by copyright laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use these materials without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

AI Stylist is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the App will function uninterrupted or error-free, or that its results will meet your expectations.

We are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated results provided via the Uwear API.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Stylist and its developers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

Use or inability to use the App;
Data loss or corruption;
Actions or responses of third-party APIs (including Uwear);
Unauthorized access to your device or data.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms of Use from time to time.

Any updates will be posted within the App or on our official page, and the revised date will be updated accordingly.

By continuing to use the App after such updates, you agree to the revised Terms.
