1.Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using Bluetooth Detect, you agree to these Terms of Use in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not download, install, or use Bluetooth Detect.

2. Intellectual Property and Prohibited Conduct

All content, code, designs, trademarks, and logos within Bluetooth Detect are the exclusive property of Bluetooth Detect. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any part of the application. Any unauthorized use or distribution is strictly prohibited.

3. User Device Safety

You are responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of your own device. We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your device before running Bluetooth Detect, as such modifications remove manufacturer safeguards, can introduce malware, and may impair app functionality. Bluetooth Detect is not liable for any damage or loss resulting from device compromises.

4. Network Usage and Costs

Certain features of Bluetooth Detect may require an active internet connection—via Wi-Fi or your mobile data network. Poor connectivity may affect app performance. You are responsible for any data, roaming, or other network charges incurred by using Bluetooth Detect. Ensure you have the account holder’s permission if you are not the primary user.

5. Feature Updates & Fees

Bluetooth Detect may add, modify, suspend, or remove features from time to time. We reserve the right to introduce fees for specific services or functionality; you will be notified in advance of any charges. Continued use of Bluetooth Detect after such notice constitutes acceptance of those fees.

6. Device Requirements and Responsibility

You must ensure your device meets the minimum system requirements and remains powered on during use of Bluetooth Detect. We are not responsible for any inconvenience, data loss, or performance issues arising from low battery, device malfunctions, or unsupported operating system versions.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Bluetooth Detect is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of data, or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bluetooth Detect disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Refund Data Disclosure

If you request an in-app purchase refund through Apple, we may share anonymized technical data to verify your claim. This may include installation age, usage metrics, anonymous user tokens, content consumption status, trial information, transaction amounts, and refund values. No personally identifiable information is disclosed.

9. Updates and Termination

We may release app updates to address bugs, improve performance, or ensure compatibility with new iOS versions. You agree to install such updates when available. Bluetooth Detect reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the app at our discretion; upon termination, all rights granted to you will end, and you must uninstall and cease use of the app.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bluetooth Detect is developed, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Use at any time. Revised terms will be posted here with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of Bluetooth Detect after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms. Please review this page regularly.
