You agree that by accessing the App, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE APP AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Unless otherwise indicated, the App is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, designs, audio, video, text, and graphics on the App (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us. The Content is provided on the App "AS IS" for your information and personal use only.

3. AI-GENERATED CONTENT DISCLAIMER

The App includes an AI Quiz Generator feature that creates trivia questions based on user prompts. While we strive to provide accurate and entertaining content, the AI-generated quizzes may occasionally contain factual errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected responses. By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of any AI-generated questions or explanations.

4. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not access or use the App for any purpose other than that for which we make the App available. As a user of the App, you agree not to:

Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the App.

Engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts or bots to answer quizzes, artificially boost Leaderboard rankings, or mine data.

Use the AI Generator to create offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content.

Copy or adapt the App’s software.

5. ADVERTISEMENTS

We allow advertisers to display their advertisements and other information in certain areas of the App. If you are using the free version of the App, you agree to the display of such ads.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE APP WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE APP AND YOUR USE THEREOF.

7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
