You may use eSign solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the app to upload or generate any illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app’s functionality.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

2. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of any documents or images you upload or create within the app. We do not claim any rights over your content.

3. Generated Documents

Documents you create using eSign (including PDFs) are stored locally on your device unless explicitly shared. We do not access or store them on our servers.

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time without prior notice if you violate these terms or misuse the app.

5. Disclaimer

eSign is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will always function without interruption or error.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss or corrupted documents.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

8. Refund Saver

If a user requests a refund for an in-app purchase, we may share certain usage information with Apple to help evaluate the request. This information may include the time since the app was installed, total usage duration, an anonymous user identifier, whether the purchased content was fully consumed, whether a trial period was included, the total amount spent, and the refunded amount.
