Terms of Use
Ravi KumarThese Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between the user (“you”, “your”, or “User”) and Ravi Kumar (“Developer”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your access to and use of all Telegram Bots, Mini-Applications, and related services provided or maintained by the Developer (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing, interacting with, or using the Services in any manner, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept or agree with any provision herein, you are required to cease all use of the Services immediately.
1. Acceptance and Eligibility
Use of the Services is subject to these Terms and all applicable laws. You affirm that:
• You are at least eighteen (18) years of age;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement;
• You agree to use the Services only for lawful and permitted purposes;
• You understand that continued use constitutes ongoing consent and agreement to all current and future revisions of these Terms.
2. User Conduct and Responsibilities
Users agree not to engage in any activity that:
• Violates applicable local, national, or international law;
• Infringes on the rights of third parties, including but not limited to intellectual property, privacy, or reputation;
• Circumvents, disrupts, or interferes with the functionality, security, or intended use of the Services;
• Submits or distributes malicious content, spam, unauthorized bots, or viruses;
• Misrepresents identity or impersonates any individual or entity.
The User shall bear full responsibility for any misuse of the Services conducted via their Telegram account.
3. Privacy Policy and Data Processing
All use of the Services is subject to the Developer’s Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
By using the Services, you expressly:
• Confirm that you have reviewed and understood the Privacy Policy;
• Consent to the collection and use of data as described therein;
• Accept all limitations, disclaimers, and obligations associated with the handling of your personal or non-personal data.
4. Scope of Services and Limitations
The Developer provides the Services “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Features and availability are subject to change at the sole discretion of the Developer.
The Developer reserves the right to:
• Modify, suspend, or terminate Services at any time, with or without notice;
• Limit access to certain users or jurisdictions;
• Discontinue support or functionality in whole or in part.
The User acknowledges that no guarantee of uninterrupted availability, performance, or accuracy is provided.
5. Termination of Access
The Developer reserves the absolute right to suspend or permanently revoke access to any User, without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:
• Violation of these Terms or the Privacy Policy;
• Abuse, exploitation, or attempted compromise of system integrity;
• Behavior deemed disruptive, fraudulent, or harmful.
• Termination shall not limit the Developer’s right to pursue civil or criminal remedies.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all code, content, configurations, workflows, and other intellectual property within or forming part of the Services are owned exclusively by the Developer.
Users shall not:
• Reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission;
• Claim ownership of any part of the Services;
• Attempt to extract, decompile, or reverse engineer any aspect of the system.
Any unauthorized use constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in legal proceedings.
7. Developer’s Rights
The Developer retains full and exclusive rights to:
• Govern and enforce usage policies, rate limits, and moderation mechanisms;
• Block or report users to Telegram or relevant authorities for misuse or abuse;
• Access and analyze technical data strictly for the purpose of debugging, monitoring, or feature delivery;
• Protect the Services, reputation, and community from malicious or harmful conduct.
All decisions regarding enforcement, feature access, or service restrictions are final and non-negotiable.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to:
• Fitness for a particular purpose;
• Non-infringement;
• Error-free or uninterrupted service.
Users acknowledge and accept all risks associated with use of the Services.
9. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall the Developer be liable for:
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity;
• Damages arising from reliance on service output or third-party integrations.
This limitation shall apply regardless of the cause of action and even if advised of potential damages.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
11. Modifications to the Terms
The Developer may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes binding acceptance of the updated Terms.
