📜 Terms of Use

1. General Provisions

1.1. By using the functionality of the service (hereinafter referred to as the “bot”), the user confirms their acceptance of these Terms of Service.

1.2. If the user disagrees with any of the provisions, they must cease using the bot immediately.

2. Restrictions and Prohibitions

2.1. Gifts obtained through the bot may not be sold or transferred within Telegram in violation of Telegram’s policies.

2.2. Discovery of errors in the bot’s operation and intentional concealment thereof constitutes a violation of these terms and will result in account suspension.

2.3. Any attempt to mislead the administration or commit fraudulent actions towards other users will result in irrevocable account suspension.

3. Financial Terms

3.1. All expenditures made by the user within the bot (including the use of in-game currency) are final and non-refundable.

3.2. The administration shall not be held liable for any losses incurred by the user in connection with the use of the bot, including the loss of virtual assets or currency.

4. User Identification

4.1. The user must have a Telegram username set for the bot to function properly.

🎁 Gift Redemption

In the event that a limited edition gift is won but is unavailable in the Telegram store at the time of redemption, compensation will be provided in the form of an equivalent amount of in-game currency.

💠 In-Game Currency

Shards are the official in-game currency of the bot.
