6. Intellectual Property Rights The App, including its code, design, and trademarks, is the property of Daniel Jones. You are not permitted to copy, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, or translate the App into other languages without express permission.

7. Third-Party Access Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help us improve the Application. We do not work with advertising networks that use personally identifiable information for behavioral tracking in this App.

8. Opt-Out Rights You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace.
