## Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and LoveBle ("LoveBle," "we," "us," or "our") and govern your access to and use of the LoveBle mobile application and related features and services (the "App").
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
## 1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction to use digital services without parental consent, to use the App. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
By using the App, you represent that you may lawfully enter into these Terms and that your use of the App will comply with applicable law.
## 2. The App
LoveBle is an AI-powered mobile application that may include:
- AI chat functionality;
- project and chat organization tools;
- speech-to-text input;
- AI-generated project icon creation;
- optional paid subscription features.
We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any feature of the App at any time, to the extent permitted by law.
## 3. License
Subject to these Terms, LoveBle grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the App on devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use and only in accordance with these Terms and any applicable app marketplace rules.
You may not:
- copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the App's source code, except where applicable law does not allow this restriction;
- use the App in a way that violates law, third-party rights, or these Terms;
- interfere with the App's security, reliability, or operation;
- use the App to generate, submit, or distribute illegal, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.
All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by LoveBle and its licensors.
## 4. User Content
You may submit content through the App, including prompts, messages, project names, icon-generation prompts, selected project icon photos, support communications, and related materials ("User Content").
You retain your rights in your User Content. However, you grant LoveBle and our service providers a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, reproduce, transmit, and use User Content only as necessary to:
- provide and operate the App;
- generate requested outputs;
- maintain security and prevent abuse;
- troubleshoot and support the App;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce these Terms.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that:
- you have the rights needed to submit it;
- it does not violate any law or third-party right;
- it does not contain unlawful, harmful, or infringing material.
## 5. AI Features and Generated Output
The App uses artificial intelligence and related automated systems to generate responses and other outputs. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, offensive, or not suitable for your intended purpose.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and evaluating any output before relying on or using it. The App is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, tax, compliance, employment, safety, or other professional advice.
You must not use the App or its outputs in ways that violate law, infringe rights, or create a risk of harm.
## 6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to:
- violate any law or regulation;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- harass, abuse, threaten, defame, or exploit others;
- create or distribute malware, spam, fraud, or deceptive content;
- attempt unauthorized access to the App or connected systems;
- test, scrape, overload, or disrupt the App in a manner not authorized by us;
- circumvent subscription, paywall, or usage-limit mechanisms.
## 7. Subscriptions, Billing, and Trials
Some App features may require a paid subscription.
If you subscribe through Apple:
- payment is charged by Apple using your App Store account;
- subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the applicable renewal date;
- you can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings;
- refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
We may use third-party subscription infrastructure, including Adapty, to manage profile identifiers, entitlements, restores, and premium access status.
Promotions, introductory offers, and free trials may be available from time to time. If you do not cancel before the end of an applicable trial or promotional period, your subscription may convert into a paid subscription under the terms shown to you at purchase.
## 8. Third-Party Services
The App may depend on or link to third-party services, including Apple, OpenAI, Firebase, and Adapty. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
We are not responsible for third-party services, third-party content, or third-party websites, including their availability, security, legality, accuracy, or privacy practices.
## 9. Intellectual Property
The App, including its software, design, code, graphics, branding, interface elements, and related intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to LoveBle and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited license granted in these Terms, no right, title, or interest in the App is transferred to you.
## 10. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by the LoveBle Privacy Policy.
## 11. Updates
We may release updates, bug fixes, upgrades, patches, or new versions of the App. Some updates may be required for the App to function properly, securely, or lawfully.
If you fail to install required updates, some or all App features may stop working.
## 12. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, quiet enjoyment, availability, or that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
We do not guarantee that the App or any AI-generated output will meet your requirements or expectations.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.
## 13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoveBle and its affiliates, licensors, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or device content arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoveBle's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the App or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:
- the amount you paid, if any, for the App or subscription during the 12 months before the claim arose; or
- USD $50.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
## 14. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless LoveBle and its affiliates, licensors, contractors, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses arising out of or related to:
- your User Content;
- your misuse of the App;
- your violation of these Terms;
- your violation of any law or third-party right.
## 15. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the App at any time.
We may suspend, limit, or terminate your access to the App if we reasonably believe that:
- you violated these Terms;
- your use creates security, legal, or operational risk;
- we are required to do so by law or by a service provider relationship;
- continued operation of the relevant feature is no longer practical.
Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and disputes.
## 16. Apple App Store Terms
If you obtained the App through the Apple App Store, you also acknowledge that:
- these Terms are between you and LoveBle, not between you and Apple;
- LoveBle, not Apple, is responsible for the App and any support or maintenance required by applicable law;
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App;
- Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the App, except as required by law;
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you after you accept them.
## 17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the "Last updated" date and take additional notice steps where required by law.
Your continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
