eSignature is a freemium application that allows users to create, sign, and manage digital signatures. The App is provided “as is” and free of charge, although certain premium features may be available for purchase.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which eSignature is developed. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction in that jurisdiction.
