Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using QR Scanner (the "App").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
QR Scanner is a mobile application that allows users to scan QR codes and barcodes, create custom QR codes, view scan history, and access product information. The App offers both free and premium features.
3. Subscriptions
The App offers auto-renewable subscription plans that unlock premium features including unlimited scanning, custom QR code creation, batch scanning, and full history access.
— Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
— Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
— Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate.
— You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings in the App Store after purchase.
— Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
4. Free Trial
The App may offer a free trial period. During the free trial, you have access to all premium features at no charge. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin, and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee.
5. Refunds
All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be directed to Apple Support in accordance with Apple's refund policy. Should a refund request be submitted for an in-app transaction by a user, we may provide Apple with necessary details concerning the user's transactions within the app. The shared information might encompass metrics such as the length of time the app was used, a distinctive anonymized user ID, the cumulative expenditure by the user within the app, and the aggregate amount reimbursed to the user.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, graphics, and code within the App are the property of the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, to scan or create QR codes containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content, or to attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the App.
8. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
11. Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services, including but not limited to Apple StoreKit and analytics providers. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted within the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
